The Challenge
Rothschild & Co is the flagship service of the Rothschild banking group. The multinational investment bank and elite financial service operates in more than 40 countries across the world and serves some of the world’s most prolific investors.
As a traditional style investment bank, Rothschild & Co needed to undergo a digital transformation that would empower its colleagues and employees with up-to-date and accurate client information. Wherever they needed it, whenever they needed it.
The Solution
Rothschild & Co’s personal bankers travel frequently and need accurate, up-to-date, information at their fingertips quickly.
We knew the best way to empower Rothschild & Co’s employees was to make that data easily accessible, easy to understand and even easier to use.
The Rothschild IT team had heavily invested in the Microsoft Technology stack and needed a solution that could be integrated with their existing team. We came up with a cross platform, Microsoft Xamarin mobile app, that fully integrated with the existing in-house Microsoft CRM to provide that solution.
Without the necessary technical and mobile experience in-house, Rothschild & Co trusted us to build a solution that had data security and privacy at its core. We analysed every possible system integration and determined API dependencies to understand Rothschild’s data privacy and cybersecurity processes to build a secure environment.
Going Above and Beyond
As a traditional style bank, Rothschild & Co was new to a mobile first approach to data access and sharing. We worked closely with Senior Partners and stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns and day-to-day lives to ease and simplify the apps roll out across its network of personal and private bankers.
The Results
The data-driven mobile app integrates directly with Rothschild & Co’s CRM to provide powerful access to the organisation’s personal and private bankers, wherever they are and whenever they need it. The app has strengthened communication between teams, dramatically improved data quality and increased productivity. It’s now used by Rothschild & Co bankers all over the world.
