At xDesign we take privacy seriously. This privacy statement sets out how xDesign uses and protects any information that you give when you visit our site.
xDesign is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask that you provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, you can be assured that the information will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
xDesign reserves the right to change or update this policy from time to time when required. When you enter the xDesign website and fill out a form, we may collect the following information:

We require this information to understand your needs and help xDesign to provide our clients with a better service and in particular for the following reasons;

Visitors to our website & social media pages
When someone visits www.xdesign.com we use Google Analytics, a third-party analytics service to collect standard website usage and behaviour patterns. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify individuals.
We also use other third party analytics tools including; Google Search Console, Google Optimise, HotJar, Linkedin Analytics, Twitter Analytics and Facebook Analytics. The collected informations sole purpose is to identify website usage and to gather data on how people access the xDesign website and social media sites.
When we do require to collect any information in which you can be uniquely identified we will set out exactly why this is and what we intend to do with the data provided.
Use of cookies
A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be stored on your hard drive. Once you consent to the cookie, the file helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site.
The use of cookies allows us to better tailor our online experience for clients based on remembering information about your preferences.
We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.
In no way can cookies be used to access your computer or any other information than what you have consented to share with xDesign.

E-Newsletter and e-mail communication
We use a third-party provider, Hubspot, to deliver our E-newsletters and email communications. This platform collects information such as the open rate and deliverability of emails, click through rates and unsubscribe data. This information is processed to help us better improve our e-mail communications to ensure you only receive emails that are relevant to you. Should you wish to no longer receive email communications from us, there is a clearly marked unsubscribe button in the email footer of all email communications. When you click unsubscribe this will automatically remove you from our email marketing database and you will receive no further communications.
Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information and data you provide is as secure as possible. In order to prevent unauthorised access to data, we have put in place strong physical and electronic security procedures to ensure that any data you provide to us online is safeguarded at all times.
Controlling your personal information
You may wish to restrict the collection of your personal information. You can do this in the following ways:
- When filling out a form on the website there will be an opt in option for marketing communications. Please leave this box unticked if you do not wish to hear from us
- If you have previously consented to us using your information for marketing purposes, there will be a clear option to unsubscribe from email communication on the footer of all email communications.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to hello@xdesign.com and we will be happy to provide this information to you electronically.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
